Overview

The Firm, Contact, and Matter Feeds provide you with an overview of your firm's activities with respect to any client or matter. Activities that are tracked include:

  • Creating and updating Forms

  • Creating and updating Tasks

  • Creating and updating Invoices

  • Creating and updating Notes

  • Creating and updating Messages

  • Creating and updating Contacts

  • Creating and updating Matters

  • Creating and updating Events

Firm Feed

You can access the Firm Feed by selecting the Firm Feed ▼ button near the top-right section of your screen:

You can search your feed by:

  • The firm member's name

  • The client's name

  • The matter's name

  • The content of the resource that was created or changed (e.g. the name of an event or the content in a note)

  • The type of resource (e.g. "task", "invoice", etc.)


Contact Feed

You can access the Contact Feed from a Contact's overview page by selecting Feed under More ▼:

If you would like to filter the Contact Feed by category, you can do so by following the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the Contact's Feed

  2. Click the Category ▼ button

  3. Choose the categories you wish to see

  4. Click the Update button


Matter Feed

You can access the Matter Feed from a Matter's overview page by selecting Feed under More ▼:

If you would like to filter the Matter Feed by category, you can do so by following the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the Contact's Feed

  2. Click the Category ▼ button

  3. Choose the categories you wish to see

  4. Click the Update button
