In order to utilize this feature, we need to make sure that the client is set up with access to their Client Portal. If you have not done so yet, click here to learn more about creating a Client Portal for your client.
Once your client has uploaded a document, you can access it by navigating to the client's dashboard and clicking Files.
Here, you are able to see all files for the specific client.
To rename the file, you can simply click the pencil icon to the right of the file name.
If you need to perform any of the following, you can do so by checking the box for the file(s), clicking the More Actions button, and selecting the correct option:
• Update/change matter to which file is associated
• Update/change client to which file is associated
• Download the file
• Delete the file
