If you are experiencing issues with your Clio Matter's not syncing to Docketwise please make sure that specific Matter's permission is set to Public.
All matters that you would like to migrate to Docketwise need to have their permission set to Public for Clio’s API to give Docketwise access to the record.
Multiple Clio Accounts
Trying to integrate with more than 1 Clio can cause the system to not synchronize across platforms, this happens because the integration is built to support 1 Clio account at a time.
