Overview
With our Import Answers option for Form I-129, you can now import answers from previously prepared I-129 petitions, saving time on preparing multiple petitions with repeated information.
The answers that are imported are limited to the Application tab of the Intake/questionnaire and none of the information related to the individual contacts will be imported.
Prerequisite: There must be an I-129 that has been previously filled out with the answers you wish to import.
Importing the Answers
In order to import answers from another I-129, you will need to follow the steps below:
Create/navigate to the new I-129 to which you wish to import answers
Navigate to the Application section of the Intake tab
Click the Import Answers button next to the I-129 to which you wish to import answers
Search for and select the I-129 containing the answers you wish to import
Click the Import button
🚨 Note: Importing answers from another I-129 will overwrite any answers previously input answers in the Application tab of the form to which you are importing the answers.
