Due the instructions specific to Form I-765 and Docketwise's smart form technology, the questions regarding the applicant's parents will not be displayed on the intake by default.
If it is indicated that the applicant wishes to be issued a SSC from the SSA and that they authorizes the disclosure of their information to the SSA in order to do so, the questions regarding the applicant's parents.
{Step-by-step instructions} In order to display the questions regarding the applicant's parents in the questionnaire and have the answers reflected on the I-765, you will need to follow the steps below:
Navigate to the Application tab of the intake
Locate the questions regarding whether or not the applicant wishes to be issued a SSC from the SSA
Answer Yes to both questions
Navigate the applicant's Family tab of the intake
Locate and provide the information regarding the applicant's parents
Once these questions are answered in the intake, the information will appear automatically on the I-765.
