Overview

Within Docketwise, each user is able to indicate a specific user role. This User Role will be displayed next to their name when this user is assigned to a matter.

Indicating Your User

Any user on the account is able to indicate their own User Role. In order to indicate your own User Role, please follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Personal Information

  2. Enter your role under the User Role field

  3. Click the Save Changes button

Indicating a User's Role as an Admin

Users with Admin permissions are able to indicate the User Role of the other users within their firm's account. In order to indicate the User Role of another user, please follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Settings > User Access

  2. Click the Actions icon next to the user for which you would like to indicate a role

  3. Select the Edit User option

  4. Enter the user's role under the User Role field

  5. Click the Save Changes button
