Including a signature with your email messages sent in Docketwise is easy!

To get started, you will need to make a message template for the standalone email signature in Message Templates:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Message Templates

  2. Click the + New Message Template button

  3. Name your Message Template

  4. Select Email under Template Type

  5. Enter the content that you would like to include in your email signature

  6. Click the Save Message Template → button

Once you have a Message Template created for your email signature, you will be able to include it in your messages. To do so, you will want to follow the steps below:

  1. Click the Create New ▼ button

  2. Select the Message option

  3. Select the message Recipient

  4. Choose the Message Template for your email signature

  5. Enter the Message Subject

  6. Type your message above your email signature

If you wish to include an email signature to an existing Message Template, you can simply edit that Message Template and append the signature to the end.
