Docketwise's integration with ImmiTranslate allows you to send documents from your Docketwise account directly to ImmiTranslate so that they may be translated.

Once your translation is completed and approved, ImmiTranslate automatically sends the translated documents to your Docketwise account; the translated documents will be automatically sent into the same matter/client if all documents in that request are related to the same matter/client on your Docketwise account.

Setting up the integration

If this is your first time using the integration, you will be prompted to authorize the integration upon selecting your first documents to be translated. To proceed with activating the integration, you will simply click the Authorize button when prompted.

If you do not already have an account with ImmiTranslate, one will be created for you when starting this integration.

After having your account automatically set up, you will receive an email from ImmiTranslate asking you to activate your account and set a secure password (note: your account does not need to be activated prior to placing an order).


How it works

To get started, you will want to navigate to show the files that need to be translated. This can be done by the following methods:

  • Navigating to the Files Dashboard

  • Navigating from the specific Contact's Overview Page, under the Files tab

  • Navigating from the specific Matter's Overview Page, under the Files tab

Once you have selected the documents that you would like to translate by clicking the checkbox to the left-hand side of each file, you will click the More Actions ▼ button and choose the option for Translate (with ImmiTranslate).

After choosing the option to translate the documents, you will be taken directly to ImmiTranslate's website, where all documents selected will appear automatically to upload. When you are ready to proceed to the next step, click the Next Step → button.

On this next page, Options, you will choose following:

  • Language from which the document will be translated

  • Language into which the document will be translated

  • Certified Translation

  • Total # of pages that will be translated

  • Choose between Certified / Certified & Notarized

  • Choose between Digital Delivery / Digital & Physical Copy

Once you have indicated all of the information, you are ready to click the Next Step → button to proceed to the payment details.

On the Payment page, you are able to choose either using a Credit Card or via PayPal. After filling out your billing details, you will click the Complete Payment button to submit your order and payment with ImmiTranslate.

After having placed your order, you will have the option to leave notes and special instructions for the translator as well track the progress of your translation.

Once your translation is completed and approved, ImmiTranslate automatically sends the translated documents to your Docketwise account; the translated documents will be automatically sent into the same matter/client if all documents in that request are related to the same matter/client on your Docketwise account.


Pricing

The pricing for this service is the same as ImmiTranslate's standard pricing. There is no additional fee to access this integration and it is available for all Docketwise users.
