Cancellation Instructions:

If you are sure that you would like to unsubscribe/cancel your Docketwise subscription, Admin of your account, you can do so by following the instructions below:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Subscription

  2. Click the Cancel Account text

  3. Complete the Cancellation Survey (including the email address associated with the Owner's Docketwise account).

Note: Only account Admins/Owners are able to request a cancellation.

Refund Policy:

As per our Terms, we are unable to offer refunds on invoices that have already been paid prior to formally requesting the cancellation of your account.
