Setting up your Client Portal

Once you have been invited to participate in your client portal, you will receive an email from no-reply@docketwise.com.

After opening the email, select the Setup My Account button.

After clicking the Setup My Account button, you will be directed to the Account Set Up page.

Enter and confirm a unique password that you will use to log back into your portal, then click the Create Account button.

After creating your password, you will be taken to your portal, where you can view tasks, smart forms, files, invoices, and USCIS processing status of the application/petition that have been shared with you.

Accessing your Client Portal

Logging back into your portal is easy!

First, you'll want to navigate over to the client sign-in page.

Once there, simply enter your email and password, then click the Login button and you will be taken to your Client portal.


Resetting your Client Portal password

If you have forgotten your password, you may reset it from the client sign-in page. Simply click the Reset Password button to get started.

After clicking the Reset Password button, a window will appear, where you will enter the email associated with your account. Once you have entered your email address, you will click the Reset Password button.

After clicking the Reset Password button, you will receive password reset instructions. After opening the email, you will want to click the Change My Password button.

After clicking the Change My Password button, you will be taken to a page where you can reset the password associated with that account. Simply enter and confirm the new password and click the Change Password button.
