Did you know that you can toggle the questionnaire function off in Smart Forms?

Simply follow the steps in the video below to toggle a smart form collection's questionnaire on/off from within the Settings section of your client's smart form:

Once you have turned off the setting for "Include Questionnaire" the questionnaire will no longer be visible, but you can still see the forms. To toggle the questionnaire on again, simply navigate back to settings and click the checkbox for "Include Questionnaire".
