Overview

In Docketwise, you can opt-in or out of receiving SMS notification alerts. Each individual user on the account has control of whether or not they opt-in to receive SMS notification alerts. These opt-in settings affect whether or not notifications can be sent via SMS for Event/Expiry Date Reminders as well as E-Signature Invitations.

Additionally, client users that are invited to participate in their process also have complete control of whether or not they opt-in to receive SMS notification alerts.
