All Smart Forms in Docketwise can be translated into Spanish, French, Portuguese, Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Chinese and other languages.
You and your clients can translate Smart Forms by clicking on the "Translate" button at the top right of the forms.
In order to translate a Smart form, you will need to follow the steps below:
Navigate to the 💬 Intake tab
Click the ⋮ symbol in the upper-righthand corner
Select Translate ▼
Select the language into which you would like the intake to be translated
There are currently 11 total language options, which are:
English
Spanish - En Español
Portuguese - Em Português
French - En Français
Hindi - हिंदी में
Russian - По русски
Chinese (Mandarin) - 用中文 表达
Korean - 한국어로
Turkish - Türkçe olarak
Haitian Creole - An kreyòl ayisyen
Arabic - بالعربية
Vietnamese - TIẾNG VIỆT
Notes:
You can also choose the language in which the smart form questions will be asked when inviting a contact. Invited contacts can also translate the Intake.
Vietnamese is the first language in Smart Forms translated by a machine translator and we welcome any feedback!
